My Kiss the Cook Fabric as an Apron!

I designed this apron fabric a while ago for Pink Light Design and it was picked up by Robert Kaufmann. I recently found out it was picked up by Joann Stores and I stumbled across this apron in my search to find the fabric. Isn't it SO CUTE?? The apron is by Annies Attic on Etsy. Love the coordinating fabric she used for the ruffle, pocket and waistband. It's SO adorable and it fits the fabric print so well! Unfortunately I seem to have purchased the last 1.25 yards of this fabric in existence from an online fabric shop. If any of you happen to find it at Joann's please let me know!

Off to make some more cute prints. Have an awesome creative day! =)

New 2016 Inspirational Desktop Calendar!

Hi guys! I'm so excited to share my new 2016 desktop calendar with you! The last time I designed a calendar was in 2013!! This one is a bit different. Instead of doing a pattern calendar I decided to do an inspirational art calendar this year featuring hand lettered quotes with a mini wooden easel for display. So cute, right?! This one is also bigger (5 x 7) than my older versions which were 4 x 6. The calendars are also infused with positive Reiki energy. I am training to become a Reiki Master and have already received my attunements. My goal is to heal as many people as I can through my art and Reiki is a big part of that!

My cousin Teri from Teri Beri's Creations came up with a brilliant idea; She is going to recycle the prints and use them in her Project Life album! How AWESOME is that?? Can't wait to see what she does with her prints. Be sure to let us know, Teri! Thinking ahead I will be making these double sided next year so that if you want to use them in YOUR Project Life albums you have a pretty coordinating design on the back. Can't wait to get started on brainstorming 2017!

Hope your Thanksgiving holiday was good. Hope you are all well. Don't forget to do something kind for someone today - positive energy attracts positive energy!

As always you can follow me on Twitter and Facebook as well as Instagram and on the web.

Peace, Love and Light!

Flow Magazine - Oct 2015 Mindfulness Book Feature!

Hi guys!! Long time no see!! Sorry I've been M.I.A. but this year has been CRAZY. Like I need a 4 part post just to describe the crazy. SO much has happened I think I will have to do a catch up post (eventually) since I haven't been blogging regularly. I was doing short posts on my new blog which is hosted on my new website (yes I have a new website!!) which meant I ignored this blog. Still not sure if I'm just going to stick to Blogger or what. Get rid of the other blog maybe? I don't know. I like the ease of posting on squarespace and the fact that's clutter free but I would hate to lose all my posts here as well as my followers. I don't know if I can migrate the whole blog to Squarespace (which is where my website is hosted). If anyone knows anything about this I'd love to hear from you!

On to my news! Do you remember the mood board I did for Decor8 that Holly featured for the Blogging Your Way e-course 3years ago? Flow Magazine in Germany contacted me about featuring my mood board photo in the October 2015 Mindfulness Book! I still haven't received my copy but here is the spread:

Isn't that AWESOME????? I wish I could read German. And I wish I had a copy! Sadly, they forgot to send me one and are trying to get me a copy. Goodness knows how long it will take to arrive. Holly would be very proud of me I think. =)

I'll have another awesome piece of news for you tomorrow so be sure to check back. And yes...I'm back! Have you missed me??? =)

New Mini Moo Cards

I recently updated my logo which called for a brand new set of Moo Mini Cards. They arrived on Friday and I love them! This is my second time ordering them and Moo does not disappoint. The quality is excellent and the colors are vibrant. I also love the fact that I can add several different patterns on the backs of the cards so they aren't all the same. This allows me to showcase my work beautifully. Thank you Moo for an excellent product!! Can't wait to hand these out. :)
